A bottom-mounted storage soluition for drawers in kitchen cabinets. Screws are included. Epoxy-bonded steel construction. Supports 8 kg weight/load in the drawers. Included screws have a 12 mm (30/64"") drill depth and a 3 mm (8/64"") diameter. Flat head: PH2. Metal colour: White, close to NCS S 0300-N, gloss around 85 Note: as the finish is a mixed powder, the NCS code/gloss isn’t exact.

Ensure that dimensions of the easy glider fits the inside space of the cupboard. An easy glider W: 35 (233528) has a width of 295 mm and a depth of 390 mm. * Mesh drawers and wire drawers W: 35 D: 54 can be added. An easy glider W: 45 (234528) has a width of 395 mm and a depth of 390 mm. * Mesh drawers and wire drawers W: 45 D: 40 and W: 45 D: 54 can be added.

Maximum load capacity per section: 200 kg (Classic by Elfa, click-in top-hung system) and 240 kg (Garage+/Décor+). Assembly Instructions

You need the following to install: Drilling machine with a 2 mm drill bit, screwdriver with PH2 drill bit. Before you start: Ensure that the front edge of the drawer is no closer than 50mm from the front edge of the cabinet. Step 1: Position the drawer and base in your cabinet in the desired location, allowing clearance for the cabinet door to close. Step 2: Remove the gliding part from the base and place on a flat surface. Mark the location of the holes in the base inside the cabinet. Drill a "pilot hole" (1-2 mm hole to prevent damaging the material when fastening the screws) at each marked location. With a screwdriver, secure the base inside your cabinet using the included screws. Step 3: Attach one clip at each corner of the gliding part. Align the drawer over the clips and use the included screws to attach the drawer to the gliding part. Step 4: Insert the drawer and glider into the base mounted inside your cabinet.
