A sliding door solution that is mounted in the ceiling, without a floor rail. A small guide pin on the floor guides the door to the correct position. Free-hanging doors are perfect to combine with the optional room divider. 

Ceiling recommendations for suspended doors: No screws are included in the delivery, as all roofs are different. As a consumer, you need to check the material and condition of your roof and choose the right type of fastening. Top-hung sliding doors can be used on wooden, concrete and plasterboard ceilings (with underlay joists to attach to). Recommendations for single plaster roofs: • Two-door solution: hit at least one roof joist within 60 cm of the centre of the roof rail. • Three-door solution or larger: hit at least two roof bars. • Single plasterboard ceilings where no joists are found: Maximum opening height: 2700 mm and maximum door width: 1100 mm. NOTE! If you are unsure about the condition/material of your roof, but still want to install a Freehanging solution, we recommend that you contact a professional carpenter. A free-hanging sliding door cannot be cut at an angle or supplied with a three-track track. Max. 6 doors per solution. Maximum opening height: 2700 mm and maximum door width: 1100 mm.
