Made from steel with a 4 mm thickness.

Handles in black ABS-plastic.

NB! The keys for the lock that are included are generic and can be used for all locks within the Garage+ system.

Includes door stops.

When planning in Elfa Planner, the design tool will help you organize and plan for what features you can fit onto (and inside) your cabinets. In the design tool, choose from a ready-made tall cabinet, where doors, adjustable feet and 3 shelves are included. Add extra shelves, if desired.

Tall cabinet doors

Tall cabinet doors

Before you start: Finish assembling the cabinet frame, including mounting of the shelves.

TIP: Cabinets will be lighter to lift if Shelves and Doors are installed after hanging the Cabinets.

NOTE: Before installing doors, double-check the doors to see if they are warped. Follow these steps:
1) Place bottom edge of door against bottom edge of the wall, with cardboard or other protective material underneath.
2) Check the door for any warping by looking down from the top of the door.
3) Correct the warped door by twisting it the opposite direction of the warp, applying ample force to straighten the door.
4) Hold the door against the wall to check if it is now straight. Repeat steps 1-4 as needed until the door is flat.

Assembling the doors:

Step 1: Begin with the left door. Lean the upper part of the door slightly towards you and steer the bottom left of the door into the corresponding hole in the cabinet frame

Step 2: Once the bottom is in place, steer in the top left of the door by pressing down the door pin.

Repeat with the right door.

De-mounting a door:
To remove a door, open it and insert an allen wrench or flat head screwdriver into hole in top of the cabinet, and press down on the door pin. Pull the top of door out while pressing on the door pin. Lift the door up and out to remove it completely.
