But take into account what your solution contains in adjacent sections - ensure that the hangers on the valet rod have sufficient room to be placed there.

Maximum load capacity per section: 200 kg (Classic by Elfa, click-in top-hung system) and 240 kg (Garage+/Décor+). Avoid overloading individual storage components and distribute the weight evenly across the system. Different products have different recommended maximum load capacities. For more information, please refer to the Product Information section for each product, as well as Measure & Plan. Before installation, check the wall material and condition. Elfa's product range is generally designed for normal use in residential indoor environments.

Assembly Instructions

Before you start: Mount the wire shelf or wire shelf basket. The valet rod is to be attached from underneath - and between two wires on the wire shelf/wire shelf basket. The back of the valet rod (where the fitting is on the straight part) is to be attached on the back double crosswire of the wire shelf/wire shelf basket. The front of the valet ord (where the fitting is on the U-shaped part) is to be attached on the second wire from the front of the wire shelf/wire shelf basket.
