Closet rod holder set for attaching an additional closet rod in an Elfa starter kit solution in combination with Elfa Standard doors. Metal colour: White, close to NCS S 0300-N, gloss around 85 Note: as the finish is a mixed powder, the NCS code/gloss isn’t exact.

Planning rules

The closet rod holder set for starter kit is designed to have the outer closet rod holders flush to the outer brackets, making it possible to mount a closet rod even when the solution is built wall-to-wall (for example when building a solution with Elfa standard doors). The Elfa starter kit already includes one set of closet rod holders - the closet rod holder set for starter kit is intended when you want "double hang"; designing your solution with two rows of closet rods above eachother.

Maximum load capacity per section: 200 kg (Classic by Elfa, click-in top-hung system) and 240 kg (Garage+/Décor+). Avoid overloading individual storage components and distribute the weight evenly across the system. Different products have different recommended maximum load capacities. For more information, please refer to the Product Information section for each product, as well as Measure & Plan. Before installation, check the wall material and condition. Elfa's product range is generally designed for normal use in residential indoor environments.

Care

Wipe clean with a cloth dampered with a mild cleaner. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Assembly Instructions

Before you start: Mount the brackets and the wire shelf in the position you have chosen. The slot underneath the click-in brackets can be used for mounting the closet rod holders. The set consists of one wider closet rod holder (to be assembled in the bracket in the middle of the solution) and two thinner closet rod holders (to be assembled in the outer brackets of the solution). Step 1: Insert the closet rod holders into the slots underneath the brackets, by leaning the bottom of the holder slightly upwards and inserting the upper "tooth" of the holder into the slot. Then let the holder come down into place. Step 2: Once the closet rod holders are mounted, firmly press down the closet rod into the closet rod holder to lock it into place.
