What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love that no two solutions are exactly the same. Of course, there are similarities, but every home has its own unique spaces and conditions. There’s really no such thing as a “standard solution”, because everyone has different needs and different things to store. The fun part is finding ways to make Elfa’s storage system work for those specific circumstances. When a solution truly starts with the person who will use it, storage becomes both functional and personal.

How do you explain smart storage to someone who is interested?

Smart storage is about making the most of the space you have, based on what you need to store. By using the full height from floor to ceiling, you can transform unused areas into valuable storage space. A flexible solution also makes it easier to adapt your storage as your needs change.
